megan saha: As a mom of three, seeing my oldest in the condition she was in left me in complete shock. I asked for help getting my daughter out of my truck, and a woman with a wheelchair arrived. She seemed to have an attitude, sighing and huffing as she walked to my truck, only to yell at my daughter, who was barely conscious, as though she could respond. After getting her to a room, I overheard a nurse and a doctor talking about my daughter, saying, "Great, just what I wanted," as if I wasn’t standing there, trying to hold myself together. After several unsuccessful attempts to get an IV and draw blood, a female doctor came in, performed an ultrasound to locate a vein, and successfully inserted the IV on the first try. She was kind, but the overall atmosphere felt dry and distant—though I understand that hospital work can be very stressful. As someone who works in a hospital myself and values honest feedback, I felt the need to recognize one of the nurses in the ER—her name was Cassey, I believe. She was incredibly kind and straightforward. She spoke to my daughter as if she were her own, and I truly appreciated that. Cassey was a huge help, and I want her to know how much I value her excellent patient care. Thank you again, Cassey, for your compassion and professionalism.

Donna Box: Thanks to the staff on duty today, the provider, Ofon, technician Heather and another whose name I I did not catch. I was seen promptly and treated professionally. As a Brazoria County employee, I appreciate the convenience of having this resource to help with my non-emergency health concerns. I would give 5-stars, but I found the Next Level app a little difficult to navigate when I tried to make an appointment.

Kurt Champion: Very good experience overall. I was able to easily make an appointment on-line. I originally made an appointment with Dr. Jeffress, as I had been a patient of hers several years back. A few days later, the front office called and informed me that I was no longer considered a returning patient, as my last visit was too long ago. Since she wasnt accepting new patients, the front desk set me up with Dr. Anyakorah for the same day and nearly the same time. I was able to fill out forms on-line prior to my visit and check-in was very easy. My visit with Dr. A was pleasant, he has a very pleasant demeanor, listens, then offers options. We picked a plan forward and setup an appointment for 6 weeks from now. I also received a notice from CVS that my prescription had been received before I had even left the office. Very appreciative of the entire experience.
