5 /5 Kathy Dosier: I love this place they made it so easy and convient for my one year old toys in every room even the hearing test deff recommend if u have little ones. They made sure my toddler was occupied the whole time so they could make it easy and less stressful for the both of us

1 /5 Bookworm 1119: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst doctors office I have ever been to. First, they never answer their phones. Despite calling at different hours on different days, they never answer. To get any kind of service, you have to go in person. However, if you go in person be aware the office staff will be rude and curt towards you. Also, the doctor seems to like skipping work frequently because there is never any openings. If you are so lucky to get an appointment, then you run the chance of your appointment being cancelled because the doctor decided to not come in that day. It would have been nice if the office staff had warned us she was not in before we drove to our appointment but nope, absolute silence from them and a shoulder shrug when asked why we had to reschedule. They also expect you to drive in bad and very dangerous weather to come to your appointment. Again, they did not answer our many phone calls to inform them we were not coming. But they were more than happy to send us a letter reprimanding us for not showing and threatening termination if we did not show again. When we finally got to see the doctor, she did not listen to what the actual problem was and pushed for an operation that has not helped us at all except give them more of our money. This is the absolute worst doctors office and I would recommend you stay as far away as possible.

1 /5 Not Today: Sat at my first appointment ever at this place a hour past my appointment only for a receptionist to tell me she had to step out for an emergency. Just the fact it was my first experience here and them waiting a hour after to tell me I couldnt be seen. Not to mention the months I waited for the appointment. Ill just take my business down the road.

1 /5 Haley Ferguson: I am going to move along and call an ENT in Tyler. Called the office and left a message for someone to call me back. No one ever did. Finally called and got someone on the phone. She was very rude and acted like she was doing the most to make me not schedule an appointment. Job well done! I’ll drive an hour out of my way to go to an office that has better patient care.
