5 /5 Malore Draper: Brittany C was very tentative and concerned. She kept coming to check on me even it was just poking her head in. She was very concerned of how pale I was and if she asked if I was ok and I told her I was she could see through me, she could see how bad I felt. Even though all my test came back negative Dr.C was ABSOLUTELY NOT LETTING ME LEAVE. My fever kept going up. She started some Iv fluids and over the next few hours Dr C and Brittney just watched over me. My fever came down. I looked better to their comfort from when I first come in and they even said I sound better to when I first came in. Hey and Dr C gave me the ok to leave. Of course Dr C called in antibiotics and some other medication for me!! I could not have been treated and cared enough for in an urgent care.

5 /5 A V: After experiencing a rash with itching for 4+ days, I chose to go to Total point Urgent Care. I also had a cough, but after being dismissed (3 weeks earlier), by Christus Trinity Health ER with no help from them, I thought nothing could be done for my hacking cough. NP from Total Point helped she prescribe medications for that cough. She also gave me a steroid shot for the rash & itching. The itching is gone & I am coughing much less!!! NP Rosa took very good care of me. The front desk receptionist is kind. Thank you Total Point Urgent Care - Athens

Joseph Black: The doctor was great. He was patient, a listener and kind. All his staff and the CT Scan person, were very nice. Same for the personnel at the front desk. I would recommend Dr. Elfarr and this clinic for sure, if you need to see a Urologist.

Summer Hambleton: Dr. Johnson is horrible, really question his credentials. My 72 year old mother had fell in October 2017 and had a lot of pain since. Dr Johnson finally did a CT scan, which she was told showed no injury, so she was then told she is a Dr. Shipper, she has been going to Dr. Johnson for years! She went to the ER last night and they did another CT scan which showed a Compression Fracture in her Veterbra. Why after months pain did not go away and is probably now worse. She needs surgery. Disgusted with the neglect of Dr. Johnson, state will hear about this! Avoid this inadequate Dr!

Janae Calvez: My husband and I had our daughter there this past weekend. When we were first taken in, we were lead back to an intake room where Melissa and Mary helped us. Miss Mary made all of our anxiety go away and was able to help me get an epidural as quickly as possible. Our anesthesiologist, Brodie, was amazing. He was able to help minimize my labor pains to make it a somewhat enjoyable experience. Mary checked on us constantly and made both my husband and I so comfortable. The next morning, our AM nurse Kaylee came in and introduced us to Dr. Romeo. Kaylee constantly took my pain concerns seriously and made sure that I was well looked after. When it came time to deliver our daughter, I was so thankful to have her and Brandi in the room. They made sure that myself and my daughter were safe through labor. And both of them made me feel as though I could make it through anything. I had minimal pain after delivery and was transferred to a postpartum room after only 2 hours. My little family and I stayed overnight and were well taken care of again, by Miss Mary and my daughter was checked on constantly by Miss Wendi. They did great checking on us while also letting us sleep. They constantly made sure both my husband and I had water and were comfortable. The next day, we met Courtney (our final AM nurse). She was so helpful and made sure I had all my pain meds. My daughter met her pediatrician, Dr. Chambers, who was so lovely and just radiated kindness. The housekeeping staff as well as all of the people that worked for the dietary department made sure our room was always cleaned and we were fed. Dietary even brought us a gift basket full of snacks. We were set to be released once Miss Melissa made sure our daughter passed all of her testing. I cannot recommend UT Health enough. I was lucky to have all my prenatal care with Dr. Davis and my nurse Amanda. The ultrasound techs, Mindy & Josey were always so kind. Miss Regina at accounting services is always so helpful and just a genuinely good person. Kaylee, Brandi, and Mary are the epitome of great people making an impact in the community. We’ll be continuing care for our daughter with Dr. Chambers.

Tracy Daugherty: Had an urgent referral sent to Dr Garcia office it was received. I went to my first visit and was told I needed a ct done along with another test. That appointment was scheduled for four weeks later. I arrived for my appointment and was told I would have to have my ct done across the street at the hospital and to give them an hour to arrange it. After an hour I was told to give them till that afternoon, then told to give them till the next morning and days later I have yet to hear back from anyone. Being a new patient this is bad business. Not impressed by the front desk help at all!!

They had never called my name and apparently the doctor had already gone home. It had taken a month to get the appointment. I would never recommend this doctor or this office. I would not give them one star.
