Forest Nails & Spa - Dallas Natalie Mitchell: Iām mainly a pedicure only client but I decided to do Gel X with Monica. Monica did an amazing job, she observed my nails at the beginning of the service and due to my nail shape she suggested a specific type which I really appreciate. She made sure I was happy with the design while she was doing it throughout the whole process and did an amazing job on my cuticles as well. She was very patient and personable and even helped me pick from a few springtime inspo pictures I had since I hadnāt fully decided on one yet without making me feel rushed. Overall the customer service is great and all of the staff is friendly, Kailey is very sweet and welcoming she always fits me in their schedule. I paid $105 for a full set of Gel-X.

Her attention to detail and skill were top-notch, and my girlfriend couldnāt be happier with the results. Itās clear that Lily takes pride in her work, and it truly shows. The Nail Spa - Dallas Ron Oveson: We just walked in and were warmly greeted and they had everything set up for us within 5 minutes. I had been here a couple times before pandemic but the salon has been renovated beautifully since then and has a great new clean modern look. They offered us drinks shortly after we settled into the wonderful massage chairs. We chose the lavender pedicure and the skilled technicians started immediately. Tony was my tech. One of the most amazing things about these nail techs is how they can cut nails and clean the cuticles without any pain at all. My feet are very sensitive but everything he did was gentle and safe. Iāve had problems with blood clots and poor circulation so my feet are mottled purple, but after the massage and treatment, they looked bright pink and healthy. I wanted a nail color so they offered me a range of colors and also the UV-activated gel which fixes and dries the paint so I was able to put my shoes back on immediately. On our way out, the owner came and gave all three of us hugs, welcomed us back, and thanked us for the business. We could not be happier! Iām making this a regular thing.

Jackson at the front desk is amazingāheās always attentive and kind. I personally love going to Jamie; if you can book an appointment with her, itās totally worth it. Sheās incredibly talented and does amazing designs too!
The Best Nails Dallas - Dallas Latisha Shipp: I scheduled a manicure and pedicure for a seamless spa experience. Upon arriving punctually for my appointment, I waited patiently for 35 to 40 minutes before being attended to. The nail service, which was initially estimated to take a reasonable amount of time, stretched to three hours. This was the worst nail job i couldve ever imagined. Disappointed with the results, I returned the following day for my pedicure, bringing attention to the horrific manicure. Although they offered to rectify the issue at no extra charge, their casual remark about not charging for the fix left me puzzled, as they should have ensured quality before I left the salon. During the attempted correction, I was informed that they couldnt replicate the original color due to time constraints, which was perplexing given the circumstances. Despite offering to schedule a follow-up appointment at their convenience to address the matter properly, they hastily applied a different polish, leaving a noticeable mismatch between my fingernails and toenails. This entire encounter was a complete disappointment.
Update: I disputed the charges with my bank and Dallas best nail sent them pictures of someone elses foot(picture was in black and white). I searched their Instagram for the picture and found it in color. I just cant believe they went this far.
Elite Nail Bar and Spa - Dallas Kamze Harris: Hi, I went today and I got a full gel set. Which I was charged $115 for. Iāve never paid this much for a full set. Iām highly frustrated because itās over priced. Their prices does not match what they have online, And also they charge for length, even if you have short. Just ask for the price of your nails before you get started. Other than this, the service was really nice, and itās really pretty in there.
