I keep it in a pony tail because I cant find the right products for my waves, and it was breaking and driving me NUTS. I told her I was sick of it and had contemplated a "I need to speak with your manager" cut and I didnt know what to do with it. She took a few inches off, shaped up my long layers, and convinced me not to get a pixie bob after all. She SAVED MY HAIR and Im in love with new my cut!
