3 /5 Eric Guthrie: They took forever, by forever I mean HOURS because if you arent VIP ($120/mth), they will have open chairs not cutting hair waiting on VIP folks running 30min wait while you sit wondering exactly why they told you 1hr and are standing around. Total, I spent 3hrs trying to get my haircut. This is a holiday weekend so maybe this can be avoided by planning a week ahead? Either way, Ive been to other locations and have never had this problem. Cheyenne was good with the cut, especially as I let her know I was thing in a HUGE rush and she kept conversation way down so I could move on with my life and not throw my whole entire day off of schedule.

1 /5 Derick Lindsey: I asked for a 1/2 up to the part on the left side of my head, and then a mid fade 1/2 blended on the right side and back of my head. She brought the 1/2 all the way to my hair on the back, not what I asked for, not only that she chunked it. My hair on top is a pretty decent length so that should have been her first clue to not cut it like that on the back. This will take awhile for me to grow it back to how it used to be. I guess it is partly my fault for not paying attention when she was cutting the back but I put my trust in the stylist that she understood my request clearly. And also my fault for not checked the back of the cut before I left. I did call the salon and let them know and they said they would comp my next cut, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

1 /5 James Wright: They say they accept walk-ins, but I wouldnt hold my breathe. I have gone here several times in the past and never had an issue getting in. I dont know of there was a change in management or what but the past couple of times Ive been here I have been turned away with the good ole, "Sorry, we dont have any availability for the rest of the day." This happens on weekends AND weekdays. There isnt anything saying that it is an appointment only place. If you want to just stop by for a haircut, hang it up.

5 /5 Doug Bain: Great place. Both my son’s and I came here. Amy the manager is awesome and extremely personable, kind and just a good person. Emma gave us all very professional cuts.She is very dedicated to her craft and the conversion is one of a kind (tip - don’t ask her to “wash” your hair… She may have you washing her car… car and clothes get washed… hair gets shampooed lol) Above all, they take time to ensure you walk out happy. This is not a chop shop for sure. Added bonus, a free “drink” with your haircut is one heck of a business plan. Highly recommend!! You won’t be disappointed.
