1 /5 Ms Obeyy: I’ve been going here for over 6 years. A guy usually does them for me. beautiful work and an excellent tip is always given. However. this february i went to get my nails done and he wasn’t there. A new lady ive never seen there before did them for me ponytail no makeup w glasses, the work was beyond horrendous. out of all 6 years going there i felt treated without respect. she not once measured the acrylics to make sure they were the same size. I said “don’t you measure them first so they’re the same size?” she said “no no different method different method” then proceeded to rush my acrylics.in which i said “please don’t rush.” and she didn’t listen. Not even the simple act of painting them was presentable it was splotchy and thicker in some sections, not even the entire nail was covered in nail polish from the sides and tops. some acrylics itself when brushed on was thicker in some nails than others and you could see the difference in thickness when you saw them. Not even the coffin shape was done correctly. I did as I usually do. I waited. I paid and I tipped very well. But I have never been so devastated or disappointed coming here after years of loyalty. Worst of all these set of nails were for a vacation trip. they were even more important to me than usual. I couldn’t even smile looking at them. I’m sorry but I am afraid you have lost me as a loyal customer.
