Everyone was super polite and kind from the schedule to the end of appointment. Their hairstylists are super meticulous, professional and impeccable to the details of the whole process even until final touches. I was impressed with the results that were way above my expectations. My daughter, my husband and I had a great time there! Their prices are just unbeatable! I drove 30 minutes to get there and I will DEFINITELY go back in there again. I finally found a place that I can trust that I am in great hands.

I came in with a year of grow-out and had been struggling to find the perfect hairstylist that could do aesthetic ashy icy blonde balayage in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but Jennifer completely transformed my hair. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and the result was absolutely gorgeous!! She worked wonders on my Asian hair, and the balayage looks flawless—natural, vibrant, and blended perfectly. M Lucht: Tina did a fantastic job cutting my hair and styling it. It is obvious she is very experienced and talented with layer cuts on long hair. I finally found someone who will part my hair on the side and cut to that rather than the middle where I never part my hair. We had a consultation she shampooed did a wet cut blow-dried and flat ironed then did a dry cut to touch everything up. Had a fabulous experience and I will definitely be returning.

Vivian Luevanos: I wanted to share my experience with Nhan, the hairstylist, from my visit in summer 2024. While Nhan is a kind and friendly person, I didnt quite get the results I was hoping for with my haircut. Specifically, I felt that the layers werent cut quite right, and I didnt receive the guidance I needed. Unfortunately, the bleaching process also didnt turn out as expected, and my hair was damaged. I appreciate Nhans efforts and want to support local businesses. However, due to my experience, I dont think Ill be returning for future services. I hope this feedback can help Nhan improve his skills and provide better results for his clients in the future.

Christen Hessler: Very rude staff. I went in today and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me or greeted me. Someone who had been waiting got up from their seat since it was their turn and I was finally able to sit down. I waited all of about 30 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When I told her I wanted a hair cut she offered to see if someone was available to give me a “quick cut”. I don’t want a quick cut, I want to be treated with normal (not rushed) services. Someone finally confirmed that they are by appointment only. If they see clients by appointment only they should have a sign at the check in counter or at least have acknowledged me when I came in the door instead of wasting my time. Will not be returning.
