I came today 12/11/2024 to get an eyebrow wax first she didn’t do them right then she started threading my eye brows that **** hurt me so bad then she went back to waxing and messed my eyebrows up one bigger than the other I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy here and this was my very first time

Vivian Luevanos: I wanted to share my experience with Nhan, the hairstylist, from my visit in summer 2024. While Nhan is a kind and friendly person, I didnt quite get the results I was hoping for with my haircut. Specifically, I felt that the layers werent cut quite right, and I didnt receive the guidance I needed. Unfortunately, the bleaching process also didnt turn out as expected, and my hair was damaged. I appreciate Nhans efforts and want to support local businesses. However, due to my experience, I dont think Ill be returning for future services. I hope this feedback can help Nhan improve his skills and provide better results for his clients in the future.

Christen Hessler: Very rude staff. I went in today and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me or greeted me. Someone who had been waiting got up from their seat since it was their turn and I was finally able to sit down. I waited all of about 30 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When I told her I wanted a hair cut she offered to see if someone was available to give me a “quick cut”. I don’t want a quick cut, I want to be treated with normal (not rushed) services. Someone finally confirmed that they are by appointment only. If they see clients by appointment only they should have a sign at the check in counter or at least have acknowledged me when I came in the door instead of wasting my time. Will not be returning.

Zoey J.: I was a bit hesitant when I walked through the doors. However, when Ashley cut my hair, and pulled out the Gold trimmers I was like shes not playing around. Needless to say, I now have a new hair stylist, that can cut my hair the way I like and is very affordable! Some barbers/cutters want to charge you $40 to cut your hair when it grows back in 2 weeks, not going to pay ANYONE over $30 to cut my hair. NOT DOING IT! I walked away HAPPY, lets just say that ... Place is well kept tougher and they have very friendly staff as well, they’ll attend you right away as you walk in if they don’t have a waiting list.
