He doesn’t use contracts, so I guess he thinks he can do or say whatever. Someone that works there recommended this guy. So called for a diagnostic for a check engine light, and couldn’t pass a safety check. He said $85 for the check, so I bring my truck there.
Without looking says, it’s just a vacuum hose, and I’ll let you know Monday. Call Monday, and they hadn’t done anything yet.
Later I get a call, guy that called said it’s all done, and tells me it’s $395! Uh wait a minute, what happened to telling me what you found doing a diagnostic first and an estimate?! $395 for a vacuum hose? You might let me know first don’t you think?
When I went to talk to him about it, he said he’d take $130 off the cost, but looking at my bank account, he didn’t do that either.
He doesn’t do paperwork, says he doesn’t need to!
