2 /5 Acc User: Been here a few times, usually no issue. This time I showed a very clear picture and explained the color I wanted, and got something entirely different. I wanted to go blonde, fully blonde with blended root balayage, a medium blonde shade everywhere except for blended roots. I started with a darker color, but that has not been an issue in the past. What I received instead was completely brown with a few blonde highlights, after specifically mentioning that was not what I wanted. My stylist was nice and probably trying her best, but she did not deliver on my very clear request. If she was completely unable to do what I wanted, or needed multiple sessions for some reason, I wish she would’ve just told me so I didn’t expect it to come out looking similar to the picture I showed her. I spent over $200 on that coloring and a cut there. It doesn’t look horrible or anything but it’s just not what I wanted. Probably won’t be returning unless it’s for something very simple and less expensive.

1 /5 Linda: I’m aware It was risky going to a new salon and making a same day appointment with any available stylist. So I called this salon and made my appointment for blonde highlights and toner. I looked up on the website and seen that the stylist for my hair is a level 1 stylist. But the appointment was already made so I decided to keep it and I still had confidence that it would be good since this salon was recommended and had decent reviews. But unfortunately the results were not what was expected. I had told her what products are usually used and she said ok she will do an ashy blonde. The color results I weren’t too happy about. The shade of the highlights was not what I expected but i understand blonde is tricky. I’ve been getting highlights for almost 10 years. But I still paid and after I went to my car I seen the striping from the bleach foils and came back in and she said she can fix it. Which at this point my head is so tender from the roughness of pulling out the foils and blow drying my hair. I had also told her a couple times that she was hurting me. And I’m not sure how she didn’t even notice how bad the highlights were when she was drying my hair. My appointment was at 1:30 and it was past 6pm already. I was told she would add more toner to my hair but it was already late so I rescheduled to come back and get it correct. The next day I start to see the real extent of the damage. My hair is broken and thinned, my scalp is exposed. There are many missing areas with no highlights. So I come back a a couple days later and sit through more highlights and toner and another treatment. I would say it was at least an improvement of what I originally walked out looking. But in all honesty I wish that that this salon wouldn’t have took the appointment, this service was obviously outside her skill set. And i understand that everyone has to start somewhere and this is the only way to get better to learn from mistakes. These results felt like I could have just paid someone still in cosmetology school and been happier. But I paid 270$ with tip and keratin treatment. And now my hair is literally falling out from the damage. I work really hard and spend too much money to take care of my hair. I’m not even mad at anyone about the situation I’m honestly just more sad than anything else. My hair is so damaged that I am going to have to get about 6 inches cut off. It continues to break and fall out. I know this is a long review but I just want to warn others to not make the same mistake. I’m sure there are talented stylist that do good work but if you are a new client going in blind I would not recommend this place because you don’t know what you are going to get, and you might walk out with severely damaged hair.

5 /5 Ashlee Richards: My aunt took me today to get my hair and I was super nervous at first but Victoria was amazing! She was super sweet and very reassuring. She made me feel comfortable and at ease! Also I am absolutely in love with my hair! She did an amazing job and I will forever be going to her!

5 /5 Elaine Corey: I love going here to get my hair cut. I feel good when I walk in, but I feel better when I walk out!!! Kelly has been doing my hair a long time and NEVER disappoints. Everyone there is polite and professional. I enjoy going in for some ME time!!
