1 /5 kenzi gray: Terrible customer service! Tried to call to make an appointment and woman on the phone was completely unhelpful/rude. I could tell she was annoyed and she even told me, “I’m busy right now,call back when you have it figured out” Meanwhile, I am trying to tell her dates and times that work for us. If you’re busy send the phone to voicemail, don’t pick up and be rude when I am just trying to make an appointment.

5 /5 Margot Heard: I was thrilled to find Joyce. This is probably my best haircut ever, and the color and subtle highlights are very natural and effective. No more do I have to go to Houston! The best is right here in Bellville. We are lucky to have this shop.
