Missy is great. It was my first time at Spoiled Rotten . She gave me exactly what I was wanting. She took her time and did not rush. She is very friendly. Loved my experience. Bandera Nails & Spa - Bandera Kathryn Winkelmann: This is a great place with great service. I am new with dipped nails and Bill took his time to explain 2 ways to apply the dip. I wanted a neutral color and he made samples to help me decide. Ill be going back!
