I used to be intimidated in nail shops cause I didn’t know enough to know what to ask for. So I always left unsatisfied. But she educated me so much on nail products, nail health and cleanliness in salons. Her work is professional, not rushed, and she communicates so I understand what’s happening. Also, she is so fun. You won’t be bored, unless you enjoy a silent sit. Up to you! 10/10 recommend booking with Krizz’tina. You’ll enjoy the service and be super satisfied with your nail style AND health!

**: It seems Derek has taken on more clients than he can handle, and in the process, he’s let arrogance take the wheel. I called multiple times during business hours to book an appointment, only to be met with voicemail instructing me to leave my details for a callback. When Kimberly finally called back, it was at the worst possible time—while I was in a meeting. She requested 2 photos of my hair so Derek could determine how much time was needed. After I sent the photos they ignored me until the next day, only to tell me to find another stylist because Derek decided my hair needed foil highlights and he only does balayage. Apparently, my hair just wasn’t worthy of his artistry.
