1 /5 Brittany McDaniel: I went the this salon on Saturday and my stylist was Cambry. she was very nice but did not give me anywhere near the color i had asked for. i also brought in hair extensions thinking that a place that works with hair extensions would be able to color them appropriately.she kept asking a different stylist questions and i felt like if she was not comfortable doing the service she could have told me so. the extensions turned out a completely different color and she had said she did a test strand on them so i don’t know why they didn’t turn out. she also only did a blow dry on my hair with no styling and asked i come back later in the day to pick up my extensions. i feel like the service wasn’t finished at this point and she was rushing to get her next appointment. my appointment was at 9 am but i didn’t get my extensions back until 5:00. when i went to pick them up she was working on a client and just handed them off to me without asking if everything was looking right. so now i have brown hair with red roots and super super red extensions. none of matches and i paid around 400 dollars. i’m very shocked as i looked for a salon with great reviews such as this one and was hoping for a great experience.
