1 /5 Judy Light: The uncaring, shallow, vain, and melodramatic staff make this salon a poor choice if you are wanting to treat yourself to an Aveda experience. I would recommend checking to see what mood any given staff member is in before proceeding with your haircut, because if any one of them is having a less than stellar day, they dont have the strength of character to overcome it in order to give you the experience you are most certainly paying high dollar for. The place is rife with women who never matured past high school; therefore, while they know what theyre doing on a technical level, they dont have the people skills to match that in order to provide a good experience. The few times I attempted to go in and give them a second chance (I try to support all local businesses) with multiple stylists always resulted in an uncomfortable 40-90 minutes of my life and money that could have been better spent. At this point, I will drive hundreds of miles elsewhere in order to get what Im paying for than frequent this salon in the locality.
