5 /5 Creative Chic: I had a lovely experience on Thursday 2/27/25 with an associate. Ollie assisted me in the fragrance area. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by a young lady at the register. As I approached her department, Ollie was helping another customer, but she made sure to make eye contact and greet me with a smile. Once she was done with the other customer, she quickly asked if I needed help. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I ended up purchasing several sets of nails and nail polish and was unsure which items would work for me. Ollie reassured me that if any of the items didn’t fit my needs, I could return them within so many days with my receipt. Im writing this review because I appreciate experiences like this. As a former retail manager, I rarely encounter young people who care about their customers nowadays, or the products for that matter. Ollie cares about BOTH. My daughter shops at Ulta Beauty regularly. After receiving such amazing service from Ollie, Im more likely to shop there for myself as well.

1 /5 Brinna Walker: Rebecca is always rude and unpleasant when I come into the Paris store. I went in last month and bought a few items and wanted to get my birthday gift, she told me they were out and didn’t offer any other information or help. I went in today to return an item and she was unhelpful when I told her the wrong phone number. She did not tell me that she could not find the item on that account, and I had to ask her to try to search it on my sister’s number instead. She always makes my time here unpleasant and I will be going to a different city for Ulta later on.

1 /5 Candice Mallory: Doubtful that I’ll visit Ulta in Paris again. I’ve visited several other locations and it’s not like this. Also, this is not the first bad experience I’ve had in the store. A nice lady greeted me at the door, and that’s the ONLY thing positive about my experience. The other women stood to themselves talking about their important lives and never asked if I needed anything. When I asked for a product, they both looked at me like I was bothering them. They did not know their products in the store! Maybe if they spent less time chatting about their ingrown toenails and researching their products /actually taking an interested in their chosen profession, they would have made a sale. No product knowledge AND terrible customer service. I’d rather order online… from a different business. I immediately left and placed an order from another store for the same exact product that was on your shelf.

1 /5 Misty Mccammon: My first time to this location and I was treated so poorly. The lady acted like I was bothering her when I asked for help I guess because she was on her phone. Then at checkout that lady was rude because I had a gift card. I will not return to this location. No customer service at all so disappointing as I rarely get out to do shopping.
