Over the course of two weeks, I had two failed attempts at a simple color transformation that left my hair patchy, uneven, and with a bright orange band across the middle. Despite my patience and clear communication, I ended up with visible uneven hair color and no resolution . They offered to take me in for a third appointment and scheduled me for 4/12/2025 since I can do only weekends because I have two little kids. However, not long after, they canceled—saying the stylist would need more than two hours and that the next available opening was 5/3/2025, meaning I’d have to stay with this orange, bad looking hair for another month. Unbelievable really.
That cancellation was my final straw. While I do appreciate their efforts to help, I’ve completely lost confidence in their ability to fix the situation. This experience has been nothing but stressful and depressing for me. I’ve worked so hard over the years to grow and maintain the health of my hair. I simply wanted a fresh, beautiful look for my upcoming birthday on 4/8—and instead, I’m left feeling devastated and embarrassed by how my hair looks, and having to wear hat everywhere I go. I swear this is emotional for me more than the hair itself.
I’ll now have to seek help elsewhere from a true corrective color specialist to undo whatever this is. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I di
