    Lanie Plumlee: My eyebrows are entirely way too thin and extremely uneven. My reason for coming here was the fact that I have been doing my own eyebrows and they seemed uneven to me (not majorly but enough to where I noticed). I let her know that and she took it upon her self to thin them out extremely thin and make the unevenness 100 times worse. I have never been so unhappy with a service in my life. I burst into tears in the shop and still had to pay. One of my eyebrows is way higher than the other one and I genuinely look like I am suspicious all the time. The front of both brows are two completely different shapes and I also cannot understand why the brows are thinner at the front then get bigger towards the end. The line was added to show how uneven they are and I also added a picture of what my eyebrows looked like before. I was not asked if I am okay with thinning them, changing the shape, or really anything. Beyond disappointed.
