While doing the repair he found a problem related to my initial issue, a damaged/ bent window track. His shop went above and beyond to fix the window track on top of my window regulator so "it would be done right" without charging me more than my quote. Terry is an honest and straight forward mechanic that not only lets you know exactly whats going on, he shows you the damaged part and why its damaged. I really cannot say enough good things about the experience I had using this shop.

Davina Smith: Thoroughly impressed with Mikes! I called Mikes after having my a/c compressor damaged at a dealers service department. At every step of the process, the folks at Mikes communicated clearly and professionally. Im sorry I dont remember her name, but the lady in the office was great! She let us know the diagnostic fee when we called to set the appointment, and again when we dropped it off. She called to let us know process, pricing, & to get approval for everything they did on the Jeep. (None of this after-the-fact explaining why it was more than we were expecting.) When I picked it up, they showed me the damage and explained how it was causing a short. Again, very professional and clear. I was also extremely pleased with their turnaround time. We dropped it off on a Thursday around noon, and got a call Monday morning that it was ready! It was still a pricey repair, but all the folks at Mikes made it a little easier to take!

They are honest and the time is taken to explain what is going on with your automobile. The fees they charge are very reasonable. Way cheaper than if you head off to a dealership or other large repair shops yet your auto will be just as repaired or perhaps even more so because you can afford to fix more things on your automobile. I continue to have my car serviced here and always feel that what needed to be repaired was repaired. Never once is a pretend issue created so as to pad the bill happens here. Yes I know enough about cars to know this. But even if you do not, you will be treated with respect.
