1 /5 T Porter: The office staff is horrible. I always thought the purpose of a Dr and the staff is to assist you. And help medically. This DR and his stall definitely don’t do that. I called to see about swapping my pills the dr prescribed due to it not being covered on my insurance. And the office staff acted hostile and said it was my fault I asked for that. She refused to allow me to talk with the dr stated I need to make another appointment to get a different prescription. Seems all they care about is making me pay a copay for my visit. This is the worst dr office I highly recommend staying as far away as possible. 0 Stars.

Danny Null: The treatment and respect I was given while at Baylor hospital in Waxahachie was the best anyone could ever ask for. There dedication was beyond basic care. Every one of the people I delt with while there from doctors,specialist and nurses gave over 100% of themselves to take care of my every need. The staff was dedicated in every aspect even the people who brought me my food was perfessional and kind. The food was delicious and the rooms where very clean. My visit was unexpected but has changed my opinion of hospitals based on past experiences. The hospital staff where perfessional at all times inspire when I was a pain in there butt. They never let my bad attitude change the way they treated me. They saved my life, and I can never say enough how grateful I am.

Trevor Rachall: Staff was very rude, barely gave any attention to my friend when she was in pain and obviously needed to be more inspected. They charged us $1,000 for some ointment and an x ray. Some of the staff was nice but most of them were completely unphased and didn’t seem to care about the patient. Hopefully they get some corporation soon because they need to learn to be respectful

Cora Stewart: Called and asked if they could remove and re-insert my Nexplanon birth control, they said yes so I made the appointment. Once I got back to the room, the nurse told me they would not reinsert. After waiting a while, a nurse practitioner came in and told me that they will not remove it either. Why the hell did I just spend a half hour here? I asked over the phone before I even made the appointment. I missed work for this, complete waste of time and money lost!!

Mitch Vaughn: Have always had positive results regardless of my purpose in several clinics. From glasses, x-ray, dermatologist, pulmonary, etc. Everyone is very professional and helpful. The volunteers are the best and also caring and helpful. The new valet service is awesome. The facility is clean, and I have never experienced any lengthy wait times. This is a great VA facility providing the care veterans deserve.

Paige: ER doctor actually told my mother to “do something herself” because he “didn’t feel it was his job to do so.” My sister is a nurse, so she did it for my Mom while in a room at the ER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.
