I dont have to wait long to meet with my doctor which, as a working individual, I truly appreciate. I love that my physician listens to me and is responsive to my questions. I dont feel rushed and I leave with a good understanding along with feeling heard. I would not trust anyone else with my care.

3 /5 Hilal Porsuk Bergquist: I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences. While all the doctors I’ve encountered are excellent, I’ve had some issues with a few of the schedulers. Unfortunately, I found them to be unhelpful, rude, and lacking in knowledge. In one instance, a scheduler even scoffed at me and said, "Jesus Christ," when I didn’t know the answer to an insurance card question. This was surprising and unprofessional. Given my overall positive experience with the medical team, I’m surprised that such attitudes have persisted. While I know the names of the individuals involved, I am unable to share them here. However, I encourage others who have faced similar experiences to bring these concerns to management’s attention for improvement.

Gigi, Belinda, and Gloria were very responsive and helped immensely in my recovery with my little one. Becky was a very knowledgeable lactation consultant. Christine and her team in food services were outstanding. The facility was clean and quiet so my husband and I will definitely be returning if we are blessed with another child.

My doctor is sometimes hard to understand because he wears 2 masks, but I believe he is doing what is best for me. I have not had any bad experience with them. In fact, I am going for a CT scan today. Thank You texas oncology.

Sashann Williamson: Dr. Okunnu is PHENOMENAL, however that front desk staff is something else. 9/10 my pressure is raised after speaking with them and I have to get it rechecked once I’ve calmed down. They’re incompetent beyond belief and lack empathy which I believe should be required for working in healthcare. Needless to say I will not be returning to this practice after today. Maybe if you aren’t a POC you’d be treated a little better by the front desk.

For a busy practice, the team does not make you feel super rushed and prioritizes patient care. I recently delivered my third child with Dr. Le. I felt like he worked well with the hospital staff, which made for an easy delivery. Dr. Patel stepped in for my other deliveries, which were also positive experiences. Overall, I do recommend the practice.

She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and you can tell that she loves what she does! I have recommended her to others on several occasions. Dr. McDonald and her staff are always courteous, prompt, and professional. Every time I see Dr. McDonald, she gives me as much time as necessary to discuss the reason for my visit. She and her staff are very accommodating with scheduling appointments and will do their best to work you in if you’re having issues. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
