They have on the door that they take credit cards yet there card reader wasn’t working , they made me wait for 15 to fix it and couldn’t fix it, then told me i had to leave my SPECIAL NEEDS aunt while i go find an ATM somewhere after 30 minutes going around town to find a dam ATM, i get back they tell me they fixed it mind you i had an appointment for a reason bc i had shit to do after, AND they still charged me $5 for a tip after having to go through all of that. The wax wasn’t even good enough to do all of that when i got home i had to fix it. TERRIBLE SERVICE, this is the worst nail salon i have ever been to.

3 /5 Lilia Alvarez: Ive been to this place a few times, and honestly I had good experiences. I usually asked for a shellac pedi. The shellac wouldnt come off and it would last a good time. The foot massage I got along with this service was also great. Yesterday I got my nails done again, today the shellac is peeling off. My wait time was about an hour, and when I came home I had some black stains on the edge of my nails from the shellac polish. This was definitely the last time Ill be going.

2 /5 Enriquez Kathy (Kat): I usually picked this place to go to get my nails done for the mere fact you can just walk in. Truth of the matter is, there was always something wrong with how they did my nails. They dont paint the nails to the edge, they dont take the time to make sure your nails are the proper length unless you tell them & they dont know how to do designs. Everything is "too hard" for them to do. You can show them a picture of how you want your nails done & it doesnt even come close to it. The last time I went the lady cut me around the cuticle area on two different fingers & made them bleed. The design came out UGLY & no where close to what I asked. Even after having to ask it to be re-done twice. Needless to say, I wont be going back & definitely wouldnt recommend this place.

1 /5 Crissy Mejia: Finally tired of this place. Everytime I go I specifically ask for a price for what I specifically want. And then they up the price when they are about to get started. And have the worst attitude because I like my nails long. I dont mind paying but if the nail tech aint in the mood to do my nails the way I want them, my nails end up breaking easily. They have in the past even asked when Ive gone back for a repair, "oh who did your nails". (With a look of disgust) Ummm yall did‼️ JUST DONE WITH THIS PLACE‼️

Alexis Rimmer: Don’t waste your time making an appointment and don’t bother going. Was a first time customer and will probably be my first and last visit. I made an appointment for me and my mom 2 weeks prior to the appointment for 2 gel pedicures and 2 gel-x full sets. The appointment was for 10:30 and we arrived 10 minutes early. It was fairly busy when we showed up and the receptionist acted like she couldn’t speak to us. We were immediately taken to a pedicure chair and had our feet placed in water which is where we sat and waited for the next 40 minutes. The water was cold by the time they came to start the pedicure to which I had to ask them to change it. My $45 pedicure ( $65 with the gel polish ) lasted all of 20 minutes. She only scrubbed the bottom of one foot due to the fact that she dropped the scrubber on the floor and didn’t bother getting a new one. When I made a comment about how fast the pedicure was, she tried to drag it out by applying more lotion/oil and rubbing my legs a little longer. Opted NOT to proceed with getting my nails done here as I didn’t want to have to give them any more of my money than I already had to. Our total was $120, without tip, for approximately 30 minutes of ACTUAL SERVICE. Maybe you have to be a returning customer here to get decent service or maybe you have to pay for the $80 pedicure to get decent service, who knows.
