1 /5 Alexis Rimmer: Donāt waste your time making an appointment and donāt bother going. Was a first time customer and will probably be my first and last visit. I made an appointment for me and my mom 2 weeks prior to the appointment for 2 gel pedicures and 2 gel-x full sets. The appointment was for 10:30 and we arrived 10 minutes early. It was fairly busy when we showed up and the receptionist acted like she couldnāt speak to us. We were immediately taken to a pedicure chair and had our feet placed in water which is where we sat and waited for the next 40 minutes. The water was cold by the time they came to start the pedicure to which I had to ask them to change it. My $45 pedicure ( $65 with the gel polish ) lasted all of 20 minutes. She only scrubbed the bottom of one foot due to the fact that she dropped the scrubber on the floor and didnāt bother getting a new one. When I made a comment about how fast the pedicure was, she tried to drag it out by applying more lotion/oil and rubbing my legs a little longer. Opted NOT to proceed with getting my nails done here as I didnāt want to have to give them any more of my money than I already had to. Our total was $120, without tip, for approximately 30 minutes of ACTUAL SERVICE. Maybe you have to be a returning customer here to get decent service or maybe you have to pay for the $80 pedicure to get decent service, who knows.
