1 /5 B H: If you’re looking for recommendations I highly suggest you look elsewhere. I stopped service before my “nail tech” could even put the polish on. Had an attitude because I asked for a specific nail shape and continued to shape them another way. Bulky, warped and uneven nails. Just don’t. Save your money.

1 /5 Sophia Christianne Nabhan: Me and my friend had made it an appointment, and we were told that we would be seen by two women who work there, when we got there we were sat with two men instead. Apparently with what my friend told me the man who is doing her nails was doing so badly that the woman who was supposed to see us had to take over and finish doing her nails. While I was getting my nails done I had asked him if they had gemstones and he did not understand me I’m not even sure if he spoke or understood English. And while he was using the electric file he got my cuticles multiple different times also the paint on certain nails is uneven. This was not my first visit at star nails spa, even the first time that I went there my nails were not done well. overall experience there was kind of frustrating

1 /5 Adrienne: Asked for a manicure and left with only my cuticles barley being taken off. Cuticles were cut on dry skin, my cuticles weren’t pushed back and I was not provided (light massage) as mentioned in manicure description or lotion/oil afterwards. I left with my nails feeling very dry and my cuticles still being there. Wouldn’t recommend.

2 /5 Ashley Vasquez: It’s very disappointing to say that lately my service with star nail spa has been not the greatest. Kenny disappointed me the way he did my nails this time, the same week he did my nails 2 nails snapped off and one of them was coming off already, he never takes his time anymore, he does lumpy nails and doesn’t draw good anymore and is always in a rush. He did a really bad job , never coming back ever again even though I was a loyal customer. I had let him know that the nails didn’t even last a week and didn’t want to help me fix them. I will never depend on this place again.

5 /5 Paula Klauss: My only complaint was that the pedicure water was cold and wish I had more time to soak my feet. Partly my fault as I should’ve spoke up. However, my pedicure turned out great and I also got a full set put on. They took their time and made sure I was happy. My nails look really pretty and I have gotten so many compliments on them. Reasonable pricing as well. If you’re thinking of coming here, you definitely should!
