I hadn’t gotten a haircut in a while but decided to stop in to get my face trimmed and cleaned up since I was starting to look a bit… unkempt (okay, borderline homeless, if we’re being honest). I arrived and was seen within about 30 minutes, which matched up with their super-accurate timing system. The TV display gave me a clear idea of how long I’d wait, and I was actually called a bit earlier than expected. Already a win! When my name came up, I was pleasantly surprised that the stylist, Amber S., pronounced my name correctly—something that rarely happens. She was friendly, professional, and we even chatted about how her recent smoothie didn’t quite hit the spot. Overall, the interaction was smooth and enjoyable. The trim itself was quick—about 10 minutes—and I was out the door. Amber did a great job, and I’ll definitely be back to see her for future trims. She understands different hair types and how to really make you feel good. As a woman I felt a little self conscious getting my hair cut at Sports Clips, Robin was super sweet and reassuring and this is probably the best hair cut me and my two year old have ever had. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Robin. I left feeling confident and really comfortable. Her knowledge of different hair types and how to work with them has left me feeling so good about my hair. My son, myself and husband all got our hair cut here and we look amazing.
