5 /5 Daniel Coggins: My car was having alternator issues. Being new to the area I was scrolling mechanic shops around town and getting quote after quote. I typically choose based on the amount of reviews and average rating, but I took a chance. I’m glad I did! They are a mobile service, so not only did I save on the tow, but their pricing was great. They came out super quick, everything done through text, and they are super fair and transparent with pricing. I was worried that because it was a mobile service there would be a premium and that’s why there weren’t as many reviews, not the case. These folks are great and easy to work with. Give them a shot!

2 /5 Emtiyaz Ansari: i recently went to spark auto firm for a suspension inspection because my car was making some weird noises. thought they’d be the experts, right? wrong. first off, the service took way longer than they promised. i waited in that dingy waiting room for over two hours with no updates. when they finally got to my car, they just gave me a generic report saying everything was “fine.” but if everything was fine, why was my car still making those noises? when i tried to ask questions, the staff acted like i was bothering them. excuse me, i’m paying for a service! their customer service was beyond frustrating. i felt completely brushed off and ignored. to top it off, they charged me for the inspection even though they didn’t actually fix anything. what a waste of time and money! overall, spark auto firm didn’t solve my problem, and i left feeling more confused than when i arrived. i won’t be coming back, that’s for sure. two stars is generous.

I was having issues with my starter. Peter responded to my text almost immediately and got me scheduled same day. Richard & Cooper came to my location within an hour and replaced my starter, which came with a lifetime warranty. As a woman, this is EXACTLY what I needed! I couldn’t have had a better experience.

(its crazy how much dealership and other local franchise shop charge!**) Pros: - SparkAuto is genuine and treats their customers like a family members. Honesty goes a long way, especially for your wallet. - Perfect assistance for those who are working professionals under a strict schedule: - Repairs are completed at your home/office, so you know 100% of what is being repaired. (e.g. Ive had experiences from dealerships/shops swapping out perfectly functional parts for used parts...worst case here was: "how can you prove it?". I let it go because legal fees was not worth proceeding) - Technicians are patient and are open to educate their customers through the repair process. Knowledge is power! Cons: - None; SparkAuto is thorough with not only their work, but also cleaning up their working environment with the respect of their clients space. Conclusion: - Trusting your vehicle with SparkAuto is a no-brainer based on my experiences. They treat your vehicle as their own and not just a "checklist" for the day like other shops.
