5 /5 Chris Mobbs: I havent had great experiences with massages in the past. I workout everyday and really needed a more aggressive massage to help with some myofascial release. I did the Trigger Point Therapy and she managed to create a combination of uncomfortable (which I signed up for) and pleasant. Great environment - very professional. Just booked a follow up appointment in two weeks.

2 /5 Jennifer Harris: I went here for a MLD massage which was great. I was excited after waiting for a long time to finally get in. Purchased some gift cards. Tried to book a deep tissue massage and had errors out many times so I gave up planning to call when I had time. I got back from a funeral and woke up this morning to a bill for a missed appointment. I called immediatly and explained how it errored out many times to the point I gave up trying to book. The lady was rude and short "Ill talk to the owner". I said I can come now and as I been sitting here twiddling my thumbs all morning and would have loved a massage after a tense weekend. Not going to be spoke to like im a child by what seemed like a teenager (i sure hope it was a teen with the attutude because an adult - wow) At this point they can keep all the money on the gift cards and I wont bother. Fix the system of glitches to avoid future problems but mostly lose the damn attitude when people are trying to make an effort. I didnt have to call and I can ignore this $130 fee for something I didnt get confirmation of booking. Damned if you do and damned if you dont huh?

5 /5 Alisha Groves-Lay: My husband and I got massages from Julie today and it was amazing! she was very professional and made sure that the amount pressure she was using wasnt painful. the spa is cute and clean and we had an awesome experience. we left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. we will definitely recommend Spa 31 to anyone who is in need of a professional, quality massage.
