Southwest Dairy Museum - Sulphur Springs (TX)

5 /5 H Clyde (Habanero): This is an awesome museum specializing in the history of the dairy industry from the 1800s up to more modern times. This is a must see for kids and adults that were not raised on a farm to understand were milk comes from. Its a must see from folks raised on a farm to see all the old dairy equipment that you have always seen but never really knew what it was for. I wish they had a couple more exhibits on new present day dairy farms and their milking equipment. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Rowena McBride: This museum is so much fun; even for adults! My husband and I had an absolute blast! The woman working when we went was so nice and friendly! I loved all of the interactive displays along with the other exhibits! There is so much information to learn here that I didn’t know about! Very nice, clean, and well put together! Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

5 /5 Chris Bloomfield: Neat free museum all about dairy. Of course it is all slanted towards the producers, since they set up and fund the museum. Still an informative place with some truly unique items. The staff was friendly, though distracted by some employee meeting thing going on during our visit. We enjoyed our visit and learned some new things and would recommend visiting this place.
