Jim Okore: Last week, I booked for a Second Opinion (the booking was swift). I then took my Mercedes Benz E300 and they had a look at it. Surprisingly, they took me to where my ride was hoisted and showed me the leak (something the other auto shop refused to do). Out of the 3 that the other shop recommended (cv axles; suspensions; control arm bushings), they only found a major issue with the cv axle! That’s an illustration of great honesty (something some shops don’t have a clue on). Their quote for the cv axle was higher than the one given by the dishonest shop (cheap is expensive), which was not an issue. I’ll revert once ready! Keep it up!

I was nervous about trying another auto shop but Kims has been a great experience. The car I drive is basically an unsupported vehicle due to age (07 Eclipse) but they have helped me keep it in good shape AND they have pretty fair pricing. Updates are always thorough and they are always straight up!
