5 /5 Molly & Jaren Garcia: Enjoyed walking the grounds and checking out the stores. Definitely gives you the southern charm of Texas and enjoyed the outdoor areas to bring the community together. Plenty of seating all around the property. The ENTIRE property closes at 6pm. Not just the shops. POP’s lemonade was delicious. The sweet tea tastes like sweetened sun iced tea.

5 /5 1g8sono 1: I have always wanted to visit and I am so happy I did. I heard it gets quite busy so I purposely went on a Monday. It was perfect. I was able to stroll leisurely and fully take in all the beauty and charm of the area.

5 /5 James M: I’m not a huge fixer upper watcher but the positive impact the Gaines’ have had is enormous to this area and helps overshadow the Mount Carmel incident. They have built a beautiful block of shops that are super family friendly. It is safe to enjoy yourself and has kid oriented themes. The ballfield was my biggest joy and the statues of Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth are amazing.

5 /5 Sarah Monty: Went with family and friends to visit. Had the BEST cupcakes I’d ever had in my life! Enjoyed the food and the shops. Took tons of pictures and explored the area. Definitely want to go again to visit. I love Chip and Joanna and what they are doing with their industry. It’s really great to see such wonderful people doing great things!
