5 /5 Heather B: Mimi was exceptional! She did the cutest little bat and spider web on my ring finger to do a subtle Halloween decoration on my nails because I wanted to keep it simple. Not to mention the quality and time she took to ensure my nails were perfect and even cleaning up my eyebrows. Shes kind, thoughtful and thorough!

2 /5 Lydia Brashear: This was my first visit - the ladies who did the Gel X on my hands, and my pedicure did a terrible job. I think I may have sat with the owner for a quick fix after I was rushed to check out without having the glue and dip removed from under my nails. Before sitting with the owner, the original nail tech told me to go to TJs or Marshalls to buy a brush to scrub the hardened glue / gel off. Imagine scraping deep into a bar of soap with your fingernails, collecting huge clumps of soap underneath. Now imagine it being so hard like cement that you cant even flick it out or reach under your nails to clean them. THATS HOW I WAS GETTING SENT AWAY! They forgot to do my manicure despite my reminders to the nail tech, my toenail polish didnt cover my whole nail on every toe, and there was still visible green polish under the new clear silver glitter polish. It looked as though it had already been two weeks since Id been in for a pedicure. I didnt notice this until I showed my partner, who asked if I had just gotten this done THAT day. This was supposed to be a special time, as my son was treating us both to a spa day to celebrate my birthday before our event. They had us there for four or five hours! The owner was very sweet and asked me to stay, but it had already completely knocked my whole day out of balance, and I couldnt. I ended up being late for our symphony and begging them to let us in after the doors had already closed. I really want to give Shine nails another try bc of how nice the owner was, but Im sincerely dreading it. My daughter, who gets Gel X all the time, cautioned me about going back after seeing my nails. She said that it was apparent that the nail tech truly didnt know what she was doing. I got a silver glitter ombre over clear gel to match my new growth as it comes in, but there are so many visible clumps of glue and scrape marks underneath my nails. The owner did invite me to come back for a full repair, but I had absolutely NO TIME in the week that followed. I do have to give her credit for that, but I would have preferred a significant discount, which I did not receive. I have walked around with sad looking hands and feet. Should I try them again?! Ugh... I dont like change and sorry that you had to read my novel!

5 /5 Lockey Young: The staff was super kind and helpful to accept a duo walk in mid rush. They were very accommodating on refreshments as well. Our nails turned out great, and the pedicure felt fantastic on my sore feet that were in desperate need of a pampering. I see why they have the rating that they do.

5 /5 Naimot Hassan: I called them last minute for a walk in and they delivered…my nail ATE DOWN…been wanting to do this design for a while now but no nail tech ever got it right but NAOMI did her big one and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much girl I love them so much. Really appreciate you.
