    General Happiness: I don’t even write reviews but I have to write a review about this place. This was my first time going here and they are inconsistent with their pricing. They will price you one thing then whenever it is time to actually pay they will try to price you another thing. I don’t understand their length policy either, they cut like 2mm then say that is a $2 difference. After I said I didnt like the nails I got, they were french tips with a pink base. This man came out of nowhere trying to join the argument when I was trying to talk to Jennifer which I believe is her name, because I was dissatisfied because the nail was giving bubbly and it needed buffing and it just wasn’t giving at all. Mind you, they were going to charge me $88 for some long french tip nails, that were completely different from my vision, but I was open to compromising. Anyways, after I said I didn’t like it the man was like just cut it off and I said that’s fine, but they cut it off and left it like that and told me I would have to pay $20 to get it taken off and soaked off. Why would I pay to take off nails I don’t like just because you couldn’t satisfy it. I was not going to spend $90 on some janky nails. I don’t appreciate trying to get yelled at and it was just unprofessional. Then the man was telling the woman not to service me for whatever reason, might be a racial thing because we all came in nice. Then when we were all confused he told her to be careful in case I do something. Mind you I’m under 150 pounds, what would I do? I just didn’t like my nails and I wasn’t going to pay. so I was left with these and my nails hurt. Anyways, don’t go to this business.

    Alisha R: I love the way my nails turned out. It was a great experience. Not one complaint. There are not many nail techs that truly care about nail health. I can appreciate Natalie’s approach to staying away from harmful chemicals when doing nails. I’ll definitely be back!

    Tempest Moore: I will be looking for another salon. I initially came in for a pedicure and full set. The man that greeted me was extremely rude and impersonal. He didn’t say hello or anything. I told him what I needed done and he got me with a tech who was extremely nice. The second time I came in, I needed a repair on my thumb nail (it broke). Again I encountered the same man, who just said “sit” Keep in mind I called prior to coming and was told to come about 4PM.

    Armanda Battle: I never thought I’d be that person to write a review, but I had to come rate this place and share my awful experience. I was getting a pedicure and it was the fastest I ever had. I knew I still had calluses on my feet , so I told her she didn’t get all of it. She told me it would be extra. Which is weird, because they always been able to remove the calluses any time I got a pedicure… with out charging extra… so I’m like okay , I’ll pay. Why she come from the back with a cheese grater!! I’m like , no ! I don’t use that. I use the pumice stone. The lady started getting an attitude and left me in the chair for 10 minutes. My feet were dry. She came back after ten minutes and started scraping my dry heel with the pumice stone. I told her , it was okay. I will go else. I’m not sure if it was a race thing or what, but I also heard other customers getting greeted and offered something to drink. I didn’t get that treatment. So I left Replying to owner: should I have let her use the cheese grater on my feet while they were dry ? Then I would’ve bled… I went to another shop and they got all the calluses off with out using that tool. I agreed to paying extra $8 because she said she could get it off , didn’t know she was going back to get that. I actually did pay… $12 for my daughter’s nails, because that’s what the guy charged me.. still have receipt.. yall weren’t looking for me to pay because yall knew the woman had messed up my pedicure… but no need to go back and forward… I left my review , and I’m done here..: just hope she does better in the future and doesn’t run any more clients off.

    Tiffany Powell: I literally got into my car and cried my nails were so bad I showed a reference picture of the nails I wanted and asked for glitter he kept trying to change the color I wanted and I told him exactly what I wanted he finally agreed and when he put the glitter polish on I asked for more and he wouldn’t and when I was persistent he finally did it and then got mad when I asked him for it to look like the picture I asked for coffin and got very boxy square the tips he put on were to big for my nails to start with and I finally gave up and told him not to even do the design I hated it so much already!! Do not go here they do not listen and get mad when you ask for it to be changed or how YOU want it!!

    Diana Darby: I absolutely love getting my nails done here! The salon has such a cozy and welcoming vibe, and Trang is so talented am detail-oriented. Her attention to hygiene and cleanliness is top-notch, and I always feel comfortable and cared for during my appointments. If you’re looking for a personalized, high-quality nail experience, I can’t recommend her enough!

    ali tyra: Lucy did my nails and they weren’t good.. I showed her a picture, it took way longer than expected to do them, at least an hour and a half. And they are simple french tips with a thin line underneath. They were supposed to be light pink french tips with a hot pink underline. She filed my nails so hard that every single one of my cuticles are bleeding and burning. And not to mention she used the wrong color… She did white french tips instead of pink. I didn’t say anything because I was with someone and they already had finished, even though I started before. So I was just trying to leave. Also, the lines are sloppy.. some are thicker than others and they are uneven. I’m so disappointed not only because they were expensive. $15 more for the sloppy lines too. I put the picture of what I asked for and what I got. I do not recommend this place simply because of her, and it was $100. I’ve gone to way nicer places and gotten way more complex, long nails with gems for $65, I recommend Nancy at Elite Nails and Spa
