Terrys Car Care Center - Sherman Shelby Pitts: If your car looks anything like mine do mot come here unless you want to be humiliated and insulted. Idk about most people but I only take my car somewhere if I have to, and that usually means it’s an emergency. I did the best I could at cleaning my car in a rushed situation. With that said I took my car into this establishment in hopes of getting my spark plugs fixed. Instead I received zero respect from the time I entered the door to the time I left. At first I was uncomfortable as the male employee who was assisting me and my partner, started asking very personal questions about our relationship ie.” are you the go getter” this comment was made several times to my partner in reference as to who wears the pants in our relationship. That should have been a hint at how this interaction would be going. I want to state that when I came in all of the staff where sitting around a table talking and joking. No other business was being had, no cars in the bay, no one’s car being worked on. It was dead. I gave my keys to the male employee and left. An hour and a half later, I received a call from the same male employee stating “ I will not be getting in your car and you know why”. I honestly had no clue. Again, I removed all trash besides a few spare pieces of paper. I was unable to vacuum my car due to this being an emergency and me needing my car back for work. I go back to retrieve my keys and ask this gentleman why he cannot work on my car. The response I received was not only the most unprofessional but the rudest response I have ever received. “ I will not work in a trash can”. I have never had an issue in the past, hell, discount auto took my car no problem. Customer beware this is not only a unprofessional shop but one that will waste your time for no reason other than lazy people not wanting to work.

As you can see by the owners reply, this man has no shame and lacks people skills let alone customer service. I’m truly happy I will never be doing business with this gentleman again nor will anyone I know. The lack of respect is beyond belief. I can and will continue to take my “garbage can” to willing and skilled shops. I highly recommend Ellis auto who are not only the best at customer service but get the job done. They don’t care if you don’t have time to detail your car they understand life happens and a job is a job. Once again this place is not safe for queer folk he will ask inappropriate questions and degrade you the whole time. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else.
