1 /5 Adriana Gonzalez: SUPER unprofessional and rude! I would not recommend. Made an appointment with Rosy G. (head of salon) and called a couple hours before to confirm, which is when she decides the appointment was not worth her time and flaked last minute. Mind you, I had also been in contact with her the day before where she confirmed the appointment once more. Had I not called to confirm, She was not going to contact me at all to cancel. Be careful booking here, don’t let them waste your time! As an owner of the salon, I expected the upmost professionalism from Rosy and this was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a stylist.

It is really sad that you need to lie to protect yourself. To clarify and I’m sure you remember from the phone call we had, I asked if it was possible if you could do a home visit for my handicapped 80 yr old grandmother. You accepted and made plans to come on a specific date. You confirmed on the phone and went ghost through text after a couple of vague exchanges. As far as commenting on other people’s education level - this truly further proves the level of unprofessionalism you hold yourself too. How dare you.
Also there’s no need to lie on other people to save face. Nobody said $10, but nice save.
