Deb Marie: What a wonderful walk-in clinic. I tested positive for Influenza A and Strep throat. I could not have met a nicer, more competent group of people and the doctor/nurse practitioner is absolutely WONDERFUL. I just moved to Palestine, TX from Florida. They took my FloridaBlue Medicare PPO card with no problem. I recovered fully from my sickness with their help. Thank you Palestine Medical Group. This will be my go-to place when I get sick.
Cara Hicks: I went in for a possible miscarriage that I thought that I had. When I got there, not only did I wait three hours, but they had more than five people walk in after me and get a room way before I did. When i finally got a room they rushed me out. They did an ultrasound and said that everything was fine and they saw the baby and I was measuring about five weeks. I went to Jacksonville ER a few days later where they had told me that I had miscarried and there was never a baby and they aren’t sure how the hell Palestine messed up that bad. This place does not care about their patients in the slightest. All they want to do is rush you out. I will NEVER come back here.
kayla: This facility was simply incredible. Very clean, great atmosphere. Staff was professional yet seemed to genuinely care about the residents as well as employees. Residents and employees appeared to be very happy and in good spirits. Cant say enough good!!!!
Karla Moyer: My husband & I agreed Dr. Hensen took his time listening & explaining our health concerns. His office has the friendliest & happiest staff either of us have ever experienced in a doctor’s office. Dr. Henson’s staff actually enjoys working with him and the clients.
GREAT EXPERIENCE‼️ Karla M.
Chuck Hannigan: We cant thank Dr. Hardt and his wonderful staff enough for taking excellent care of our dog. We were blessed that he lived to be 23 years old. We highly recommend them.
Corey Flud: If I could give Athens UT Health zero stars, I would. My experience with this hospital was nothing short of a nightmare. My dad was in serious need of medical attention, and instead of getting the care he deserved, we were met with indifference and incompetence. It was clear they were not equipped or willing to handle his condition. I ended up having to rush him to Tyler, where he immediately received the life-saving surgery he needed. The difference in care was like night and day. I am grateful to the team in Tyler, but I am deeply disappointed and angered by the lack of urgency and care at Athens UT Health. I wouldn’t trust them with a scraped knee, let alone a serious medical emergency.
