5 /5 Mr. No Tengo Dinero: Nice riverside park! Quite spacious and you’ll get to choose either to play at the playground or chill at the riverside! Nice walking path along the river as well! Good family friends time guarantee! Since it’s a nice spot, sometimes it gets dirty with trash due to irresponsible people but other than that it’s nice! At least we enjoyed our visit.
5 /5 MaeMae L: This park is beautiful and the trails are clean! There are parts of the walk that you get to go through creeks (if they aren’t dry) and to me those were the best parts! One of my faves for sure!
5 /5 Rebecca Santiago: The TCC had its competition here and it was definitely great location to have this event. This is such a beautiful park and bigger than I expected. They have 2 playgrounds that I noticed, could be more but not sure as I didnt walk the entire park. Enjoyed taking a stroll by the water and seeing all the wildlife.
5 /5 Brian Ashby: Really nice park. This park is stretched along the river making a beautiful backdrop to any pictures taken. Plenty of space and picnic tables. Shade under a tree isnt hard to find. Beautiful place to take a break.

Andrew J. Karaffa: Good little fishing hole. Right on the trail so you can hike to San Gabriel Park or out to bootys Park. Take water, not a lot of shade on a hot day and water is sparse.

Lebanese Traveler: Old Settlers Park is one of Central Texas’ best-planned recreational spaces—offering ample room, excellent amenities, and something for everyone. Baseball, soccer, cricket, disc golf, and tennis—all well-maintained and tournament-ready. Scenic trails with shaded areas, rest stops, and views of Brushy Creek. Large playgrounds, picnic areas, BBQ stations, and pavilions. Parking is ample but can fill up during peak weekend hours or event days. Early arrival recommended.

Sarah Nshimyumukiza: We had an awesome time here. We drove all the way up from south of Austin and it was worth it for us, truly. I loved how there was ample parent seating WITH SHADE, and so many different sections that even with an active 3 year old boy, there was never a dull moment for him. I didnt get a lot.of pictures this time because we were having too much fun, but I will add more when we go back.. because we will be back!

Soney: Very nice park with lots of trails to walk on. There’s 2 good sized playgrounds for kids, with a lot of climbing options. Lots of seating areas too, with plenty of shade. There is a restroom facility as well just in case you need to relieve yourself. This one has become one of my favorites just to go walk around for a while.
