Elizabeth A: For hair extensions: I have been bumped around from a couple of different stylists. They are rude beyond the pale. They triple book and tell me to hurry once Im seated. They also have cancelled on me the day of, but when I had terrible food poisoning (to the point of almost going to the hospital), they had no compassion. I was told they would send me a bill. So, I said I would still go with a throw up bag and was denied. Ive worked tirelessly when sick to resolve this, yet to no avail. I always am very generous with tipping as well. One stylist is very talented, but she is only there every other weekend now. I will never go back to this salon for so many reasons. Their time is valuable, but they dont believe mine is. Watch out for this place.

The consultation was so I helpful and we came up with a plan for getting my hair healthy and selecting extensions in anticipation of the wedding. I was amazed at the transformation in my hair. It’s been almost 3 months since I had the extensions put in. I love my hair and the styles I’m now able to do. My hair has started to grow and the adjustment appointment was so easy. I’ve had no issues with breakage and will be keeping the extensions at least for now. Tanya and her staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.
