1 /5 DD King: She cancelled my appointment that I had booked for 2 months prior. She cancelled it about 50 minutes before my appointment time. She said she was sick, (Which I completely understand that these things happen.) What I did not understand was after the last minute cancellation, she never responded to my messages to reschedule my appointment. I was left with no back up for my hair and I also had taken a day off of work and was missing money for this hair appointment !!!! ) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Due to this unprofessionalism I would not recommend and will definitely not be back !!
