1 /5 Sofia Guzman: Shelby destroyed my hair. This person clearly did not understand the assignment and if you don’t know how to encounter Mexican coarse hair, you had the responsibility of letting me know. I was clear when I said I wanted my roots done but she didn’t have time to do my roots and did as she pleased. Sitting for 2hours with bleach not only ruined my hair but she didn’t work fast enough to make it leveled. I had warm tones and platinum tones. I want to also let Shelby know, even your team instructed you to work fast and told you what to do and you did the total opposite. Missed a wedding thanks to this awful turn out. The worst part is seeing all the other facial expressions while this person ruined my hair as I sat there. Samantha the manager, did not follow up once I asked to get her regional manager involved. I have spent more to fix it. Good luck if you decide to come here. No stars. Hope these pictures speaks louder than what I just wrote.

I witnessed a mom bring in her daughter for a hair cut and the daughter had beautiful long curly hair and they so called professionals complained about a simple wash and cut just because her hair was curly.. They continued to make unprofessional and rude comments about the hair cut in front of the daughter and mom.. That is disgustingly behavior from these so called professionals and I would 0/10 recommend coming to this salon unless you want to be publicly embarrassed and ridiculed just because they hate doing their job.

1 /5 Danyale Turner: Showed the stylist the picture I wanted of an angled Bob my hair when I cam in had at least needed a trim but it was a little past my shoulders the cut I asked for in the picture the front of the bob came a little above the shoulders tell me why is the front almost chin length i went home washed it tried it and straighten it . Ive had an angled Bob for 12 years i know how to style it. This is what it looks like NEVER GOING BACK

1 /5 Millie Rose: I am beyond dissatisfied with the way my hair turned out. After three years of growing out my hair, went in to get a trim and have my ends colored blonde. I asked for kind of an ombre from my natural color, to blonde ends. Diva was the one to do my hair. The cut ended up extremely uneven, and she was barely able to lighten it at all. The part she bleached went up past my ears, when I specifically asked for it to stay below my shoulders. I went back the next day to see if someone else could fix it. The manager did the correction. She fixed the cut but my hair was literally orange and yellow when I left. After spending over $250 my hair looks really bad, and I am going to have to pay someone else to fix it. Please dont waste your money. JC Penney does not know how to do hair. Ive included a before picture, and pictures after both visits.

3 /5 Matilda Bellomy: Being an older woman who actually styles her hair, I wanted a short layer cut from the 80s and 90s. I have gone several times with photo and instructions. I got a short chili bowl, a long chili bowl and a spike. They dont get it -even the seasoned master cutters.
