Jilian McNally: I called to see if they had availability for a wash and cut today (Saturday) and the woman on the phone said she would ask and have someone text or call me back. (After going there, they don’t seem to have a receptionist.) I got a text pretty quickly with a few available times. I chose one and asked if they were comfortable with curly hair. They replied they were very comfortable with it.
My appointment was with Sydney. She was so friendly. She showed me photos of other curly hair she has cut since our text and then asked what I wanted. I had a few photos. I told her what I wanted but also wanted her opinion if it was going to look good for my face shape. She asked a lot of questions and gave me options before she started cutting. She mostly dry cut (using a water bottle) my bangs and frame around my face before washing my hair so we could see where it would lay when it was dry. She washed my hair, checked what she had done already and trimmed my ends. I LOVE MY HAIR CUT! I have never had anyone take such care to make sure I got what I wanted. We had great conversation. The pricing was so reasonable. I recommend Sydney and will definitely be back myself.
