4 /5 Leah Socorro Cayanan: I like St. Patrick Church. The pastor, Fr. Anthony Mendoza, is a fatherly, kind priest who has a smile on his face when you converse with him. It’s one of the Catholic churches with daily 6 pm Mass. After work, this is where we celebrate weekday Mass during family’s special events like birthdays and anniversary.
The magnificent church architecture draws one to the altar wall where an immense Crucifix hangs. Still yet evokes in one a great sense of gratitude for God’s sacrificing love.
The parish has an Adoration Chapel, parish center with basketball court, classrooms for religious education and a mini-playground. Their parking lot is relatively big and there’s a small covered area for some cars.
Though not a parishioner, I can feel the vibrancy of the community here. And that’s probably one reason why we come here though we live on the other side of town.
