They are both very patient with me & are both very knowledgeable about coloring & styling my hair. I always leave the salon feeling like a superstar. The shop is always well maintained & cleaned nicely. The atmosphere is always positive & upbeat!

1 /5 Tiffany Rodriguez: My 17 year old daughter, had been saving up her money to get a balayage done on her hair. She found this salon on google and saw that it has a 4.8 star rating, so she called and asked questions and let them know what she wanting and they told her that they would put her with their balayage specialist, McKenzie, so she went ahead and booked her appt. Now the girl who did her hair was super sweet and my daughter really liked her, however, that has nothing to do with her ability to do hair… I’m not convinced that she’s ever done a balayage in her life, let alone be labeled a “specialist”! It took her 5 hours just to ruin my daughters hair! I hate to be rude and I hate to leave a bad review like this, but I am not happy! My baby worked hard to save her money up, just to end up bawling the entire way home, because this girl JACKED her hair up!! I did my own research the next day and thankfully, was able to find someone who could get her in and in just 2 hours fix what had been done, and now thank God her hair looks amazing, but there went another $200 of her hard earned money on something that should’ve been done right the first time. Absolutely makes no sense to me how something like this could happen and even worse how she could still get charged for this disaster of a situation. I 100% would not recommend this salon. I’m very sorry. I’ve attached photos please see for yourself just how badly this turned out.

5 /5 A S: Tiffany Smith-Fullerton gave me a great curly cut! She asked about the products I used and how I styled my hair. Then she took a lot of care in how she cut my hair with my existing curl patterns. The salon itself was very spacious, bright, and super clean. I highly recommend Tiffany & Rumors Salon!

Abram Miller: Sign says walk ins welcome. They arent. I walked in and waited for an hour for someone to talk to me. Several stylists walked right by me, no one said anything until I asked someone leaving if anyone was still cutting hair. Only to have someone come tell me that they had a full day and I should have made an appointment. Wouldnt be so bad if someone had just told me instead of letting me sit there like an idiot. I didnt come in super late either I was there by 2:30 it is 3:50 as I write this and the staff is pulling away. In the full hour I was there I saw 3 stylists leave and only one customer. So I guess they dont need much business and are far too busy for you. Make an appointment, I guess thats the only way they will see you even when the store is deserted.

Kimberly Garner: I read ALL the reviews, but to me the bad ones seems sketchy and not really something I would be bothered by. I’m pretty low maintenance, not a pre Madonna at all and just wanted a basic wash, shampoo, cut/ style. It was my first time here, booking was pretty flexible which I appreciated. When I arrived, Vi washed my hair and I went to Lisa for my cut. Both were very sweet ladies. Lisa kept up a conversation, but I have auditory issues so find it hard to hear with other noises/ talking etc. while I was there, I witnessed two males coming in for a cut, and a lady finishing a perm and getting a cut / style. Lisa and Vi traded back and fourth to balance the customers. I witnessed the chairs being sanitized in between customers, hand sanitizing in between customers and hair being swept up between customers. Lisa asked me what I wanted, and aside from keeping the length and trimming the dead, I always say dealers choice because I didn’t go to school for this. As a professional, they’re able to frame your face and tell you what may look good or not. In fact, I did inquire about a different service at the end of mine for future and she said she didn’t think it would be a good fit for me, which I appreciate. I think the prices were set fairly and would go back again. While the lady who had the perm was getting her hair styled, I watched Lisa from the chair next to her, rotated so I was facing the back of the perm customer, check the hair at each level of styling and trim here and there as needed. The end result looked good to me, that customer seemed pleased. I was pleased with mine. She gave me layers and my hair looks great and healthy!
