Jaimee Williams: The spa is beautiful and the service providers are always great but the front desk always makes it a terrible experience, I have been here twice and each time they drop the ball. They have changed my appointment times multiple times with no heads up in advance to me. The last time I went, nothing for me was ready, no robe or slippers they had to scramble to get it ready then my massage and facial were supposed to be back to back, I go to the waiting room and was there for 30 minutes, only to go to the front desk to find out that my facial time was changed with no heads up, so I guess the front desk just did whatever they wanted to do (this also happened the first time I was there on my birthday).
Then because of the dropped ball I was offered 10% off, the lady who did my facial offered me a free add on service and told me she wouldn’t tell the front desk, then I get up to pay and they did not take the 10% off because the "free add on" that the service provider did was more than the 10% off. Um that is not how that works, if you offered then it should honored, but I wasn’t in the mood to argue because I was so irritated by the multiple dropped balls that I just wanted to get out of there.
Like I said, the spa is beautiful and the service providers are great but due to the rude and scattered brain front desk people I wont be returning.
Ana Rodriguez: I always come here to get my toes/nails done and the ladies do such an amazing job. They’re so sweet and attentive. Very clean place and the remodeling they did looks perfect.
AnnaBelle Bittencourt: They did an awesome job. The staff was very kind and performed services quickly and neatly despite being very busy. My nails came out amazing and my pedicure was very relaxing.

My mani pedi stayed in amazing shape the past three weeks but it was time for a refresh. I went with an almond french tip this time and they did not disappoint! This is definitely the go-to nail salon in Belton.
Evan Johnson: They always do a great job on my natural nails. The staff are friendly, the salon is extremely clean and sanitized which I greatly appreciate. They have a wide range of colors and services. If you like the VIP treatment and great service I highly recommend Nails & Spa De Miel!
Amanda Andrews: Not a welcoming place at all!! Walking in the lady behind the desk yells at you if you have an appointment and is very rude and sarcastic.
Just overall not a great experience and terrible atmosphere and vibe. Much better salons around I don’t recommend this place at all
She tore my cuticles up!!! I have never in 36 years had this happen
Ruth De Jesus Aquino: I loved it here! First time coming and definitely coming back. I came to treat my daughter and her friend for their birthday and the customer service they have was amazing. I got a simple design but loved it! One thing I enjoyed so much is that they are quick and do a great job on detail and ask for your opinion. I even told 2 of the ladies that I loved that they didnt hurt my fingers when trying to file them like other places have that I leave with my hands hurting! It doesnt even feel I got them done! I didnt get a pic of my daughters friend nails but here I will attach mine and my daughters. Thank you for my daughter and her friend cupcake ya gave them and the goodie bags, they loved it!
Khara Harrison: Mrs. Tiffany did my pedicure and did a wonderful job. She paid alot of detail to the things that needed a little extra "love" and gave the best massage. This was my birthday treat to myself. Im glad i came and Ill definitely be coming back and asking for her every time!! Thank you again Tiffany!
Angelica Harris: The absolute best experience! The quality of work is amazing and the atmosphere is very welcoming! I have officially found my nail spot! My pedicure was the best I have ever gotten! The foot massage was top notch !!! Jackie is a true artist with nails! Look no further ladies and gents!!!! ❤️
Sabrina Veguilla: This was my first time coming here and for the price ($135 with tip), the experience was alright. I asked for an acrylic manicure with gel and gel on my feet as well. I originally wasnt going to get any nail art but the lady was upselling me so I decided to give it a shot. It didnt come out that great but I was on a time crunch so I didnt complain. Also my big toes werent filed evenly so theres that as well, but I couldnt tell until they were done. You receive a complimentary drink with your nail service and they have a fully stocked bar if you or your husband want extra drinks. I was a walk in but I was told that they also do appointments.
