5 /5 TheRaw Stone: The alternator on my wifes car went out on Monday morning while she was headed to work. I recently moved to the area and my regular mechanic is no longer convenient. So I started calling mechanic shops in the Richmond area. Everybody is back logged with work from the storm and said they couldnt even look at the vehicle to make sure it was just an alternator until Tuesday morning and earliest to repair would be possibly Wednesday. I called Rosenberg Auto Repair and spoke with G. He said hed get it fixed by Monday evening. He did indeed. I had to leave the vehicle with him till Tuesday morning because I broke the shift lock trying to get the car in neutral, so that was my bad. G got it all fixed for me at a reasonable price. Take your car here and youll be treated like a valued customer. Great experience, 5 stars.

5 /5 Ashley G: Such a reliable sweet caring shop! The owner fixed my issue and told me how to better take care of specific parts of my car. He gave me a quote before service and stuck to it. He didnt try to raise it or add extra service fees. Im very happy with my service and will definitely be going back for future cat needs.

1 /5 Christopher Blanco: Friends and family do not go here he VERBALLY attacked me and threatened me to fight!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Going to the court system unless he calls professionally, and we settle this as grown adults. His friend with a tow truck convinced me that I should go to his shop to avoid an insurance claim, so I trusted him and did. Mechanic said 800 dollars to repair the vehicle and 410 dollars deposit. I gave him the full amount and said I trust you will fix it. (that was my mistake and because of him will never do again) he then calls me 3 days later after promising it would take one day to complete that it needs an additional 350 to repair out of frustration, I said please give me a refund as I gave you everything I had. He hung up I came to pick up the vehicle and said look you said 410 deposits just give me my 390 differences. He refused yelled at my face and was inches from my nose which I called the police since at that point he was threatening me. Before the police arrived, he said if I want to fight, I can come inside his shop since I told him I called the police and recording him. (I told him I am not interested in fighting and did yell back as I felt he was considering grabbing a weapon since he kept pacing back to a corner as if he wants to grab a weapon) I am not saying he is, but it was alarming and threatening to say the least, so I backed off and waited. Police came gave me the case number. I honestly do not want to go through the small court system, but I have to as this feels like robbery of my 390 dollars because I trusted him. Even police officer knew that we would not be able to handle dispute. Not to mention because I yelled at him back after all his threats, he grabbed his phone saying remarks as if I am the one who attempted scare tactics like threats. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL I am hurt and still willing to handle this matter over the phone without yelling and threats. Owner also came up to me saying he is a police officer which is recorded in my phone that is a federal crime to impersonate a peace officer and I could press charges but again all I want is to handle this I have no interest in pressing charges on a federal crime as this is about a 390-dollar dispute and I am sure he has a family. My last comment is to the owner DO NOT IMPERSONATE A PEACE OFFICER IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME.
