James Cameron: Had a breakdown. Called these guys and within 15 minutes they came to our rescue. Diagnosed the problem and parts were on the way..Honest people and cant thank them enough. super friendly. Thanks from the Canadian riders.
ANGELA SEPEDA: Came to Port Lavaca to do an estimate for a customer on a Saturday. Got a flat tire so we aired up the tire at Speedy Stop and quickly drove to Firestone. The online hours said open until 12:00. It’s 10:44 am but the store was closed. My husband had to buy new tires last year when he was in Lubbock. He was able to apply for a credit account with Firestone. He also got the warranty and since then has had to buy at least 3 new tires because the warranty doesn’t cover new tires! THAN WHAT DOES IT COVER??!! And here we are again.. same shit different day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FIRESTONE!
Colchado Cindy (Cindy): My son was in need of help after some vandalism to our tires and I was 3 1/2 hours away. This place was able to accept payment from afar and go out and help my son including making sure he was safe to get on the road. If you are ever in this type of need I would call them.
