  • Northpoint Church - New Braunfels
Debi Diaz: While traveling we, quite by accident, found this wonderful church. We felt so at home, the praise and worship was inspiring, and the Pastor preached the biblical truth. Everyone was so friendly. I cant wait till summer when we come back.
Freedom Fellowship Church - New Braunfels
Christina Hernandez: My husband Johan and I visited for the first time today, and it was such a wonderful experience. The pastor spoke on anxiety, and you could tell he’s been doing this for a long time—his message was engaging, heartfelt, and kept our full attention. So many people went out of their way to say hello and make us feel genuinely welcomed. We were also really impressed with the kids area. They even sent the kids home with a fun "homework" assignment—when they bring it back, they earn tickets to save up and shop for prizes. We loved everything about our visit and are definitely planning to come back!
Oakwood Baptist Church - New Braunfels
Jane Wenger: Been going here almost 2 years. People actually greet you so warmly. Wonderful music by the worship team who truly show the glory of the Lord in their faces. Pastor Ray Still and Executive Pastor Rusty Rice..amazing. We just love them and their preaching. Looking forward to many years since we have settled here in New Braunfels.
Stonewater Fellowship Church - New Braunfels, TX - New Braunfels
Stonewater Fellowship Church - New Braunfels, TX
Jimmy Tate: Stonewater is a Bible-based church focused on saving the unsaved and sanctifying the saved. Besides it uplifting Sunday morning worship service at 10:07, Stonewater also provides a great Sunday morning childrens ministry, an adult small group ministry, womens ministry and men s ministry, along with a variety of other outreach activities. It is said a church is to be a hospital for sinners, not a country club for saints. Stonewater fits that description. All are welcome!
Compass Bible Church Hill Country - New Braunfels
    Compass Bible Church Hill Country
Brandon Adcock: I have been going to this church basically since their launch, and I could not be more grateful that God brought us here! CBCHC is a solid, expository preaching church that does not waver on the validity and authority of Gods word. Sermons and worship are excellent, and the Pastors, leaders, and staff are wonderful! They have awesome kids and students ministries and many other discipleship programs to help everyone grow in their relationship with Christ. Its awesome seeing God working in this church and His people and cant wait to see whats to come!
First Protestant Church - New Braunfels
Lemons R Evil: My partner and I recently had a wedding here. This review is of their wedding services and abilitys. TL;DR We do not recommend their church wedding organizer. The facility is beautiful and wont break the bank. Cons: 1) The churches wedding organizer was more interested in keeping schedules and doing things the way their church normally does them. 2) The reception halll is just a gymnasium but it does have good acoustics for the DJ. Pros: 1) The pastors at the church do many weddings so they are all professional about how things are done and getting information from you beforehand to make things personalized. 2) The ceremony area, which is the church itself, is a very traditional style church. Stained glass windows and wooden pews. 3) Many beautiful areas for photo opportunities 4) Their sound technician knows how to play many different instruments including the pipe organ the church has which makes for very traditional wedding music. Our wedding went as smooth as it could. All of the staff at the church kept in contact with us in the months leading up to the wedding. Our only issue was with the wedding organizer during the wedding itself. Their wedding organizer was pushy and disrespectful at times. I am unsure if its possible to not have this person there during the wedding as they are church staff, but their unwillingness and irritation in working with the wedding party when things werent going exactly on schedule or unexpected problems came up can make an already stressful event that much more stressful. Besides the churches wedding organizer, everything else was well worth it and we were happy we had our wedding here.
First Baptist Church New Braunfels - New Braunfels
Andres L.: We are so thankful to be members here at First Baptist Church New Braunfels- this month marks our first full year there. Sound doctrine (Titus 1:9) is taught and adhered to, and the Word is exposited faithfully (2 Timothy 4:2). The governance here is elder (vocational and non-vocational) led, and congregational ruled- which is what we were looking for, and that we feel most closely models the New Testament pattern (Acts 14:20-23, Matthew 18:15-17). When we needed to find a church home- they welcomed us warmly and we are building Godly relationships here (Colossians 3:12-17). As parents to a 9 year old son- we LOVE the family style activities that are offered ( Wednesday night Adventure Club and family VBS), and we have seen great growth from this (Ephesians 6:4, 2 Timoth 3:15). God is good (Psalm 34:8)!
