I called and spoke to Chuck about my issue with a Honda Civic that I was picking up from another repair facility - that couldn’t fix the car due to it being a “Hybrid” model. It needed a new Hybrid battery pack. Chuck put together a game plan and fixed the car on time within my budget. Highly recommend Rick &Rays. Thanks Chuck!!

1 /5 Mason Kinnaird: They charged me $369 to replace an air filter and cabin air filter. I should have done more research so it’s my fault, but it seems like I got grossly over charged. I thought I finally found a decent, honest mechanic in Fort Worth but I did not. Do not take your cars here!

5 /5 Thomas Hoversen: My work vehicle broke down and these guys were great. I wasnt able to get the truck there for my first appointment but they were able to reschedule me when I called them the next day after. I apologize they were totally understanding and took care of the truck and got me back to work. I would definitely use them again. They also will surprise most people because its more like a dealership shop. The way it operates you have a front desk secretary and then you also have a service writer. Plenty of bays. Plenty of good mechanics. They keep things flowing and they respect your vehicle. You can expect to get it back as clean or cleaner than you left it with a nice floor mat to protect your carpets. Not that my truck has any carpets in it but they still put one in lol

5 /5 JONATHAN BERNAL: I have had many mechanics work on my 2008 Pontiac Solstice sports car only for the repair not to last. (Thats why Ive had man repeat service calls!). Rick and Rays was a one stop repair job. Not only is it fixed but its fixed Right! Rick n Rays Auto Plaza uses a thorough inspection system and recommends work that ultimately needs to be done. 5 /5 John Cole: Hey guys my name is John Cole I have a Mazda Tribune 2001 the alternator went out on it. Well in this model you have to take off a bunch of stuff to get to the alternator these guys right here not only did they did a great job they were going to send an Uber to get me I tow truck driver they use was awesome my car was ready in 5 hours they kept it overnight to make sure everything worked good. My sister was paying the bill and they made it so easy for her to do so click of a button Im moving the mouse and it was done. So if you do have car trouble I recommend Rick and Rays theyre off the chain the guys are polite they got a pretty cool office too. Thank you guys my car runs great I appreciate the work you did for me.
