1 /5 Elizabeth Smithson: BEWARE! DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop. He will keep your vehicle for long periods of time and overcharge you with the vehicle not being fixed. I took my Nissan to him and paid him 5K just so he could return it the same way. My husband also took his truck to him and Rick had his truck for almost a year and returned it unfixed. Another 5k that he took from us. We took my husband’s truck to the dealership and they were able to repair in 2 days for only $1,000.00. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP for any of your vehicle repairs, he will screw you over, we will be going to small claims court because he refuses to refund us the work he promised but did not complete! Also, I have messages where he says he will need more time to come up with the refund because he knows he didn’t do a job that he was paid to do!

R H: WARNING!!! Reconsider before hiring this mechanic…Quick service does not =quality service! I rarely take a moment out of my busy schedule to write a bad review as I love uplifting other business owners. In this case, I felt I had to not just for what has happened in my situation but in hopes others looking for a mobile mechanic will seriously take this review as a warning. Ryan came out to diagnose the problem with our broken down vehicle as we were trying to get back to Ft Worth from Ft Hood. We had a radiator bust so he came out to replace the transmission. We took off towards Ft Worth, the car started smoking, the gas pedal was being pressed but the car not responded and had to coast into a gas station. Transmission fluid everywhere! I had to pay for a tow to ft worth, have a mechanic diagnose the issue and to find out the coolant line was not hooked up correctly to the transmission. Ryan asked the emchanic contact him about the diagnostic, which he did, Ryan did not dispute the diagnostic at all and ask the mechanic to send him the bill. Several days went by and Ryan never contacted us to check on my wifes car or offer an apology. I went over the fees and asked for a refund for only the install (not the diagnostic & part fee), towing and mechanic. He wouldnt refund all and still 18 days later no refund or communication and my transmission is not working correctly which is most likely from a lack of lubrication while driving. No humility ro customer service!
