CAPCAPO MARTIN: I drove my truck to the one stop repair shop. They said they couldnt fix my truck until it was put on the computer for a diagnostic. But they outsource to someone else for any computer diagnostics Which was cool with me. The guy they called plugged his computer onto my truck and erased some things and couldnt restore it. Which made my truck undrivable. He also did something which caused my air conditioner to stop working. One Stop made me pay to have my a/c repaired and I had to pay to have my truck towed to the dealership to have whatever they deleted from my computer. One Stop didnt offer to help with the cost of towing or anything else. Im in talk with a lawyer on filing a small claim. I drove my truck to their shop and had to have it towed away at my expense. Thats bad businesses and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE... Will update after litigation.

Tommy Pool: I live out of state and needed to help my son get his pickup diagnosed and repaired. This shop did NOTHING for three weeks! After numerous broken agreements, He picked it up to take it elsewhere. We will NEVER go back. Good luck if you take your vehicle there!
